Sunburnt Country: The Drought

In mid-2018, 100 per cent of NSW, Australia, was declared drought-affected. The price of feeding livestock is becoming unaffordable, rural neighbourhoods are shrinking and mental health concerns among farmers are soaring as the climate is becoming increasingly volatile. Sunburnt Country is a virtual reality documentary that explores the damaging impacts of a changing climate through the perspectives of three farmers in rural Australia.
