Bites of Audio – Nepal

How do you capture the experience of moving away from your home country?

One way is through the food that is cherished and missed. ‘Bites of Audio: Nepal’ follows Anish and Avishek, two housemates who both moved to Sydney, Australia from Nepal after high school. Avishek, a skilled and trained chef – both professionally and at home – teaches Anish how to cook fish curry for the first time.
